You call our officers rubbish? Can you recall Tsang Kwok Heng who shot this insane guy to hell to make sure the sociey becomes safe when his body was devastated? I would say, Tsui Po Ko is a shame of the Force and the society, though our Force and Tsang Kwok Heng are our heroes!
