@4jiggaman ...........Clinton hasn't been a push over either. They more often than not end up playing late in the season against some of the better 3A or 2A teams from down east...... like Clayton, SW Onslow, E or W Brunswick, etc....you know the drill. I will say the players from rural teams are typically tougher than their big city opponents. They grow up on collard greens and stewed potatoes while the city boys eat pizza and fillet mignon :<) That's why the mountain teams are so good.

@Lex5576 from nc a small town called clinton north carolina i m 27 now and i graduated from school in charlotte nc Vance back in 2002 and when i moved from the smaller scool to vance in 99 it was a very different level of play. i played varsity 3 years and i started rb in school. i played against people like kenneth moore he went to butler class of 02 omar gaither he went to meyers park class of 02 paul troth robert bolware chris leak mario raley the list is endless i also played lil league

That #32 fullback for Butler is a beast. I'm not even from Charlotte, but I still enjoy seeing this matchup. These two teams are among the very best in NC and traditional nationally ranked powerhouses. It's a whole different level of playing when you go against teams like this.
