//FSS// Secret Santa Event 2010 (READ DESCRIPTION)

Dear editors and fans, elves and children, and everyone else who enjoys watching videos, with your help we hope to make this year's christmas time even more wonderful and special than the usual winter time!!

As you all have certainly noticed, Christmas is drawing near! The magical time that, as we hope, everyone is looking forward to! Last year the members of Fallen Skies Studios had a little project going on, where everyone in the studio made a little present for someone else. It was a lot of fun and so we decided to give this another try. However, this year we want to make it a special event, in which every editor or amv fan can participate! Something to make the Christmas time even more wonderful, so that all of you can enjoy it to the fullest! We want to bring a smile to everyone's face by sharing little presents in form of videos, that are especially made for you. However, we need your support to be able to realize that idea, so we hope that there will be a lot of people joining us, especially editors!

Lets work together to spread the joy of Anime, editing and Christmas :3


EXPLANATION

EVERYONE can be part of it, you don't have to audition or anything. All you need to do is to FILL OUT the form(s) below AND SEND IT to the 'FallenSkiesStudios' account, via private message... If you don't get a reply, that means your message hasn't been sent.

You can apply as
a) 'child': hehe, yeah, back to the roots I say. I guess it's selfexplanatory, you will receive a video by an editor that is assigned to you by lottery. You can give preferences as to what you would like to get as a gift, however, I think it is clear that you may not complain about the present your received. It's a privelege and we do this for fun, and you should cherish whatever video you get. After all it was especially made for you.
IMPORTANT: If you ARE an editor and you want to be a 'child', you have to apply as an 'elf'! If not, we will have too many make with just a handfull of editors. Do not worry about the time, i'll explain it later

b) Congrats, you are en elf :3 This means you will make a video for the child assigned to you. Please try to keep in mind their interests. However, as long as you put your heart into it, everything you make should be fine.
Some little rules:
1. the video should be at least 1 minute long. I think everyone should be able to do as much.
2. We won't tell yo exactly the date you need to finish it. Videos will be released all over December until Christmas. (More information in PMs)

That is all, you are free to do whatever you want (except hentai, excessive violence etc.), you can use Anime, Manga or Game footage such as Final Fantasy. Important is that everyone is having fun ^^

Yeah, I agree with HopesFeathers. I understand that there is a lot of people to go through, but I would need to start mine soon if I need to have it up by Christmas. :3

Have the messages been sent out as to who we will editing for? If not, do you have an idea of how much longer.  I know it'll take a while to sort everything as you guys probably got a lot of responses for this but it seems like it's taking a while. :)
