@YamahaWR200 Can't build momentum without traction pulling you up hill in the first place. I suppose this could help and hinder you. It would depend on the circumstances. As you can see, the locking isn't instantaneous. The wheel has a chance to continue spinning in case the lift is only an abbreviated period of time. If not, however, it's more beneficial to put power to the wheels that have traction. Personally, for a small vehicle like this one with a 4 cylinder, I like it.
I have heard bad things about those brake lock diffs. I heard they take away any momentum you may have had for hills, etc.. Do you have an opinion on that?
