too true, the first had a lot that was awesome about it, but the second tightened up the action in EXCHANGE for the rest of it, which was a horrible mistake. If only they had a third one that COMBINED the aspects, then that would be sweet

this game is insanely fucking hard and i want to kick the developers right in the cunt for making such a cool looking game so goddamned fucking hard. Like seriously! It could have been a BIT more fluid! Instead of trying the same fucking level a ZILLION times until you figure out how to so delicately glide to the next platform. Like seriously fuck off!!!

I hate it that they made this game so hard and also miss the re-Creation elements of the original, but I love the artwork of this game. I also kinda like it that the angel is defeating various sins.

instead of graphics now-a-days a "good game" is one with nice graphics

and a large online thing i liked the old days 2d graphics and like 6 buttons

Well let's just say that the final stage that damn tower of hell nearly gave me a heart attack (near 128 tries yes i counted back then). =)

In this game its not being good that counts ( well it does a little) but it's persistence and patience that carries ya through.

This was a game for the truly hardcore it still is lol.

Amazing game that gets a bad reputation it doesn't deserve. It has incredible graphics for its time, one of the best soundtracks ever on the SNES and it actually has decent (not great) control. It's hard as all hells, though, I don't lie when I say it took me months to finish it in the hardest difficulty setting.

If there ever was a game impossible to speed run, I think this is the one.
