  • Brussel sprouts are a great source for the anti-cancer agent indole-3-carbinol. One of the super foods.

  • :09 why does the nutcracker have scary monster teeth?

  • I was told if i watch one more Chef Ramsay cooking video that im fired. Ya know what? I love cooking SO much and im so passionate i could care less about this stupid insurance agent stuffed suit 'career.' Screw this, Im quitting at lunch time and going straight to my kitchen. In fact, I'll take a prep cook job, wash dishes, i dont care. I just want to do what I love and be in a kitchen instead of being a cardboard cut out corporate ass hat. And by the way, fuck you Wall Street.

  • @ciaosam

Food back when he was a child was not cooked anything like it is today. Everything was so plain, its not his mom's fault it was the time. Food when I was a kid sucked too, its nothing against my mom.

  • Hello Gordon,

thanks for all the good things you have taught.

Wish you have a blessed Christmas!

  • I made this recipie, it is fantastic

  • @ciaosam Listen idiot child, he grew up in johnstone in the 60 and very early 70's when everyone was out of work, johnstone is next to Glasgow (as I can tell you have no clue) and my grandparents and most people lived on ''poor foods'' compared to todays. As for his mum, ermmmm I suggest you read his books and understand this correctly before making an idiot of yourself.

  • He is such a good chef, but s arrogant! He keeps mentioning how the food was not good when he grew up and how he does it better. I'd be so pissed if i were his mom...

  • u have to try my olive oil...100% greek pure olive oil

  • love the festive music in the background!

  • Brilliant

  • how long do you cook them alltogether?? )

  • OMG.::::::) yummi

  • Really like this and shall definitely try this.....thanks very much/s

  • Doing Math homework, just got better.

  • this has a different feel without the F Word theme song playing in the background.

  • Those are some incredible knives.

  • @tobythesandwich hahaha i've always wondered as well...even funnier though since you actually asked it haha :P

  • yummm..

  • My mom used to boil brussel sprouts to death too.. I feel your pain, Gordon. :)

  • @TerribleL4D totally agree, that is some lame ass music!

  • what's with the music. i know it's xmas but it doesn't suit ramsay.

  • I love sprouts, especially with pancetta or bacon!

  • @ataylorai1 I agree. I roast mine with lemon zest and butter and oil in the oven. I never parboil either.
