Vermont Public Televisions latest cooking special showcased a segment on pairing Vermont made cheeses with locally brewed beers. Host Sean Buchanan, Executive Chef of the Stowe Mountain Lodge took us through the five families of cheese with artisan cheese expert Montse Almena-Aliste, from the University of Vermont. Steve Polewacyk from the Vermont Pub and Brewery paired locally brewed beers with a variety of Vermont made cheese.
