Part 1 of 9 of the full-length film, "Dream with the Fishes" (1997) starring David Arquette, Brad Hunt, Kathryn Erbe, Cathy Moriarty, Patrick McGaw, J.E. Freeman, Allyce Beasley, Anita Barone, and Timi Prulhiere. Terry (David) is a suicidal voyeur who runs into his fast-talking neighbor, Nick (Brad), when he attempts to suicide by jumping off a bridge. With Nicks advice, he takes an overdose of sleeping pills to kill himself instead. After coming out of the hospital, Terry sneaks on Nick's girlfriend, Liz (Kathryn), and discovers that Nick only has a few weeks to live. He feels bad about it and eventually gets into an odd negotiation with Nick. Directed by Finn Taylor.
