This property belongs to GPMS - it was trashed by a Coventry City Council DSS tenant. As Landlords we are only able to take 'civil' action and not 'criminal' action for this mess - There are no laws to protect the landlord anymore!
There are landlord Black Lists - whatever happened to a Tenant Black List!

Where I am from the laws protect the landlord and not the tenant. I saw a house that was trashed. Turned out the landlords were harsh scammers. For someone to do this to a house obviously means they were mistreated by the landlord. Normal people don't do this for no reason.

I agree, landlords invest in their property & the laws allow their investments to be destroyed, most landlords only make around 500 dollars a month due to down housing market, yet attorneys make 250 hour & court costs to evict are extreme and the judges toss it out due to filing procedures unless you can hire an attorney to dot the i's and cross the t's, while they devprive landlords of any rental income, the bad renters destroy their property & in the enc the civl laws call a judgement justice?
