This is a test of the MotionFinder program developed in the APRIL Lab at the University of MIchigan's College of Engineering. The yellow dots are laser rangefinder returns from a SICK LIDAR (google it), and the circles are people that are being tracked by the program. The grey circles are the persons' estimated positions, one second into the future.

Please check out the accompanying camcorder recording of this event.
