On September 11, 2001 the world watched in shock and disbelief as planes flew in to New Yorks World Trade Center and the Pentagon in Washington, and Americans realized they were under attack. But by whom? What really happened? In The Unofficial Story, the fifth estates Bob McKeown introduces us to people who believe the real force behind the attacks was not Osama Bin Laden, but the U.S. government itself.
Emerging from the dust and debris that day was a movement, known these days as 9/11 Truth or truthers people who believe that 9/11 was part of a vast conspiracy and cover-up by a criminal faction within the U.S. government. As the fifth estate reports, public opinion polls now show that the majority of Americans believe the Bush Administration had advance knowledge of those attacks and somehow allowed them to happen and that one-third of Canadians share the same belief.

In The Unofficial Story, Bob McKeown explores why these questions and theories are growing in popularity.

Youll meet some of the leading proponents of truther theories: Richard Gage, an American architect, explains how the WTC twin towers and the lesser known Tower #7 could only have crumbled as they did due to explosive charges placed inside the buildings. Others, including Canadian professor Kee Dewdney, insist that the story of the brave fight by the passengers of United Airlines Flight 93 must have been a hoax. But, youll also hear from others who dispel truther theories and try to understand why, from JFKs assassination to the moon landing to 9/11, a culture of conspiracy springs up around certain historic events.

Despite the difference of opinion between those who blame the hijackers and those who blame their own government, the real importance of the fight over 9/11 truth is that it may have less to do with the past than the future.

Marvin Bush (George Bush's younger brother) was head of security (by TOTAL coincidence LOL) of the World Trade Center for 6 years up until 911. The only way to access the internal steel columns would be via the elevator shafts.

Did u know they were doing elevator upgrades for 11 months up to 911?

Did u know they pulled bomb sniffing dogs out of the buildings 2 weeks before 911?

If those who believe the initial 9/11 Commission Report to be factually accurate, then they should welcome a new investigation, so as to prove they are right. That there is a coverup, there is no doubt...None! Any thinking human being who is willing to investigate the facts, can only come to one conclusion: 9/11 was an inside job. Endless wars on "terrorism", when the "terrorists" are in the intelligence community. Evil so rampant its hard to even imagine.

After listening twice, and carefully to the Brent Blanchard parts, he lies, and its one after the other lie in succession. Its skillful. One needs ask why? And who worked on his presentation with him. Its carefully concocted. And missing, is the part about the BBC announcing WTC-7 falling 20 min before it fell.

A crafty piece of propaganda to cast doubt on the truth.

I'm not impressed W5 - this came off like clever propaganda. The heavy use of Brent Blanchard to sustain doubt when (quoting off pilots4truth website)

"Brent has not compared the seismic data recorded by LDEO with the FAA radar data and air traffic control software. This places a 14 second spike prior to AA11 impacting the North Tower, and another 17 second prior to UA175 impacting the South Tower. The FAA data was in turn adopted as the official time of impact by the 9/11 Commission Report."

Busted, the dumbass that said that the squibs were only seen during the collapse, sorry jackoff, but that is debunked. NIST had to release video of the event, and guess what was on one of these videos? It was a squib plain as day shooting out the side of the building, and there was no collapse going on. And it was around free fall speed cause they collapse, and we have physics to thank for that. So nice try. Inside Job.

@GruesomeTruth I am not a debunker but I have heard the claim that nano thermite actually is less energy dense than regular thermite because of the layer of aluminum oxide inhibits full reaction but because of the size difference the reaction rate is greater and when an organic material is added its gives it explosive properties. Perhaps this material is more than just nano thermite as Mark Basile has said there must be more research done into it.

@snowboarderforlyfe - the truthers contradict themselves when they say there were explosions heard, then they go on and on about silent flashes (fire alarms flash) on lowers floors (that never buckled - i guess those gov bombs must have flashed somehow but failed to destroy the building) and about silent thermite bombs 70 stories up - and they support all this with reports from people who were there and first responders who said they heard sounds. what the hell kind of inside job would that be?

The host calls the 9/11 commission an "independent body". hahaha. Let's take a look at who was on the commission and what their obvious biases were.
