Nice to see more ISC, but I agree with both points. The music in the second half of the video is so loud that I can barely make out what anyone is saying, and that durian wasn't NEARLY ripe enough. Any fruit that hasn't been allowed to ripen is just going to taste bland. You're probably not interested in spending another ten dollars, but if you want to do this challenge properly, buy another one and allow it to ripen first.

This challenge was a bit of a failure.

Imported Durians aren't as uh...strong I've found, as they freeze them when they ship them. So when they're thawed out they lose a lot of the smell and taste.

Though that's not really a bad thing if you think about it in a certain way :P

i love durians, i used to make drinks with them, to me it smells and has texture like really runny disgusting rotten onions, but tastes like sweet cheese custard if it was a fruit, its fucking amazing mixed with berries, coconut milk, and vodka
