Μετά την πρώτη μουσική τους απόπειρα (Autobar - 2007), οι Effigy κυκλοφορούν το δεύτερο μίνι άλμπουμ (ep) με τίτλο Vaci Utca. Πρόκειται για μια συλλογή 5 αλληλένδετων και ταυτόχρονα διαφοροποιημένων τραγουδιών συνολικής διάρκειας 25 περίπου λεπτών. Οι βάσεις της jazz στα θεμέλια της blues αδημονούν για το πάντρεμα της κιθαριστικής rock-funk προοπτικής. Εναλλαγές σε όποια μουσικά τέταρτα, ήχοι και κραυγές, αποτελούν τη δομική σύνθεση των τραγουδιών.
Το Vaci Utca είναι σχεδόν εξ ολοκλήρου γραμμένο και μιξαρισμένο σε home studio (εκτός των drums), ενώ το master έγινε από τον μετρ του είδους, Δημήτρη (Bbix) Μπιμπίκα. Το album είναι ήδη διαθέσιμο προς downloading στο διαδίκτυο (itunes, amazon κτλ.), ενώ αναμένεται η κυκλοφορία του σε περιορισμένο αριθμό βινυλίων και cd στα τέλη του 2011.

After their first musical attempt (Autobar - 2007), Effigy are releasing their second mini album (ep) titled Vaci Utca, a collection of 5 interdependent but also differentiated songs lasting about 25 minutes. The basis of Jazz on blues foundation is eager to witness the combination of a rock-funk guitar perspective. Alternations in any musical quarters, sounds and cries, constitute the structural synthesis of the songs.
Vaci Utca is almost entirely written and mixed in a home studio (drums excluded), while the master was done by the expert Dimitris (Bbix) Bibikas. The album is already available for downloading via the web (itunes, amazon etc) and a limited edition of lps and cds will circulate at the end of 2011.
