CPAC 2010 - Liberty Forum, Pt.2

On February 18, 2010, hundreds gathered at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel in Washington, D.C. for C4L's "Liberty Forum 2010" at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

Speakers included C4L President John Tate, C4L Vice President of Programs Matt Hawes, historian (and Forum emcee) Tom Woods, Judge Andrew Napolitano, and Congressman Ron Paul.

It's the same vein as jury nullification. Despite everything the system is actually set up to have the power at the bottom. It's just unexercised.

Did you know if a pot or tax case gets a jury trial and the jury votes the defendant not guilty despite the evidence, the defendant is not guilty? Kinda cool huh? XD

@dontdispie it's the idea that states have the right/obligation to nullify unconstitutional laws passed by the federal gov. It comes under the idea that a law that is unjust/illegal is no law at all.
