  • One of my most dearly loved works !!! !!! !!!

  • I cannot wait for the day my sister gets good enough for this. She and I shall have a horn and oboe explosion and first will be this piece. I shall pretend there is a horn part but really I will just listen to the magic until she figures out that i'm lying :)

  • Love this piece

  • One of the best pieces ever... Thanks for posting!

It's Bach's transcription actually, slightly different from Marcello's original piece

  • a beautiful piece. i always say the world isnt such a bad place when such beauty can come from it. thank you so much i love this danke deutschland und wien fur die musik

  • Esta pieza toca lo más profundo de mi ser....

  • @frankg3rd The composer is Alessandro Marcello. JSBach has trascribed it to fortepiano. But you were close. Marcello and Vivaldi spent their formative years in Venice and were also close in the time they lived.

  • Awesome.

  • Beautiful... I have a CD of this piece in D major and it never fails to move me.

  • The first notes are missing! :-(
