Qi Chi energy exercise: Pointing

One of the exercises in my book "Qi - Increase your Life Energy": Pointing. It's a very simple exercise to extend your spirit. Your qi will flow in the direction of your aim. The more you practice it, the more you feel it.

SO is it QI or CHI?

@rougewillow, that's different western spelling of the same word. Chi (or ch'i) is Wade-Giles transcription of Chinese, and qi is Pinyin transcription, which is a newer way of spelling Chinese words.

@PhilJFlyMusic Not necessarily. It's a basic exercise of extending energy or awareness or what you want to call it. One could also call it an exercise of focused aiming.
