Fantastic - i held this 1C Lap Record for about 3 years at 35.51- good to see it go to such a commited driver (yeah but lets see you do it with just 2WD not 4WD ha ha ha :)
Tyres and grip were allways going to be the limiter to faster times here - Bridgestone SO-1's were not that good at the time in 1999.
Seriously, well done though.
Whats the Power output of the Evo? and is it the standard gearbox?

2wd? No problem, but they are not fast unless a cateram or westfield. You did well for the car you had. 100kgs is very light, but mine is 1240kgs with 600bhp and 550 ft llbs of torque. Hence the time;o)
