This day of food is approximately 98%ish "Clear Skin Diet" compliant.

My mostly healthy food for a whole day. Packed the night before.

Protein shake: Jay Robb Egg White Protein, blackberries (15g), blueberries (15g), organic sugar (1g), light vanilla soy milk (1/2c) & water (1c).

Breakfast: Strawberries (30g), red grapes (30g), walnuts (7g), organic sugar (1g).

Lunch: salmon salad sandwich (1/4c), spinach (15g), sprouts (7g), ghee (2g- organic, clarified butter).

Pre-workout protein shake: Jay Robb Egg White Protein, strawberries (45g), light vanilla soy milk (1/2c), organic sugar (1g), water (1c).

Dinner: salmon salad sandwich.

Snack: Veggies (15g carrots, snap peas, grape tomatoes, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, celery), pistachios (7g), almonds (7g), ranch dip (33g). 1022 calories 44.6g fat 89.5g carbs 78.7g protein

+100oz water, calcium supplements, multi-vitamins, Omega3, and fiber gummies.

  • @greenfrog775 If I don't pack everything up the day before, it's easy for me to stray. I even do it on weekends when I'm home all day. If I know that something will "go bad" because it's packed & I don't eat it, I feel all guilty & don't stray. It works for me! :)

  • @cabernetqueen All of my protein is in my two protein shakes with soy milk (27ish each) and a little from the salmon salad (8ish with each 1/4 serving). I don't know how I'd do it without the shakes now that I'm more focused on fruits/veggies & trying to avoid processed meats.

  • @ANuMe1109 I don't know why it never occured to me to eat like this before surgery. I really, really love that I'm eating fruits & veggies at every meal. :)

  • this looks like I like to eat-- please help me - where is all the protein coming from -- the egg whites, and bit of salmon?
