@cabernetqueen All of my protein is in my two protein shakes with soy milk (27ish each) and a little from the salmon salad (8ish with each 1/4 serving). I don't know how I'd do it without the shakes now that I'm more focused on fruits/veggies & trying to avoid processed meats.

@ANuMe1109 I don't know why it never occured to me to eat like this before surgery. I really, really love that I'm eating fruits & veggies at every meal. :)

this looks like I like to eat-- please help me - where is all the protein coming from -- the egg whites, and bit of salmon?

@greenfrog775 If I don't pack everything up the day before, it's easy for me to stray. I even do it on weekends when I'm home all day. If I know that something will "go bad" because it's packed & I don't eat it, I feel all guilty & don't stray. It works for me! :)
