DUANE EDDY his twangy guitar and the rebels RAMROD +THE WALKER ..JAMIE 1109
Rock'n'roll instrumental rockabilly Al Casey not only wrote it, he's the guitarist. Duane Eddy was put on the label by mistake. Al Casey was in Duane Eddy's band.

  • Steve Douglas on the sax is absolutely the best there is! He left us too soon!

  • See you've got twang73 and onemikehart ganging up on you. They must have an alert everytime Al Casey's name is posted!

Now that you know the truth...Fix the error on your Video.

  • @56doowopdave Sorry, this is absolutely false. Yes, Al Casey wrote Ramrod. Duane Eddy is playing guitar on this record, there is no mistake on the label. Urban myths abound in rock and roll, but let's get our history straight.

  • Ask yourself this...Why didn't Al casey file a suit against Duane Eddy or Jamie Records to set the matter straight ? Get your facts right before you find yourself in Court.

  • Al Casey not only wrote it, he's the guitarist. Duane Eddy was put on the label by mistake. Al Casey was in Duane Eddy's band.
