After 8 minutes of kneeding it's time to shape the loaves. Oil counter, spread dough out, shape into huge loaf, divide into six parts - 1pound 4 ounces for the 3 pan loaves, 1 pound 8 ounces for the stone pan loaves, divide extra amongst the loaves. Shape into loaf, place in pans.
