Well, I myself graduated from college with a PhD and I can certainly tell you that a college degree has nothing to do with intelligence. Most especially, the job required from P. Diddy's assitant wouldn't be exactly accademic. I believe that the right attitude is more important in this case.

Someone with a degree which proves they work hard against all the odds and take their own initiative or someone with a 0 track record. It's not only about the qualification.
The degree shows employers straight of the bat that your a hard worker and you can spell.

Fashion sense comes as a result of everything. From politics to evolution. It doesn't come from celebrities! LOL... When Romans wore long gowns and Egyptians painted their faces with lapislazuli and gold, this sense didn't come from any celebrities or kings. It came as a result of what materials were available, on moral issues, changes, etc. Overall though, fashion is just like everything. It all goes in circles.

The point is that P. Diddy shouldn't be demanding to have an assitant with a college degree when he doesn't have one himself, when in fact so many of his people can't afford a college education. Also, Bill Gates and Larry Ellison take on college students to work for microsoft/oracle. Lets face it, you have to be more brainy to work in the computer industry than to be P. Diddy's assitant!
Good luck anyway;) but I still insist that P. Diddy is an arrogant man.
