@henkman00 Well if I want to see a Star Wars movie, I would see a star wars movie. Star Trek was supposed to be more cerebral and also in many ways more like drama like. I understood Abrams tried to make it appeal to mass, but it lost the essence what Star Trek is about. Needs new reboot with someone else who can bring something new to trek while respect what Star Trek supposed to be, not clone Star Wars

Abrams has said he had Star wars in mind when making Star trek 2009. witch would explain why it was more like a Wars movie than a Trek movie.

@InvalidGesture I know. Even a 6 year old said to me doesn't look inside like a space ship. That and JJ trying to make the movie a mix between Star wars and Wrath of Khan... JJ abrams more a Star Wars fan, probably wished did a Star Wars movie.

I've always loved this fight scene. You get a sense of how big the ships are - they don't zip around like starfighters the way they do in DS9, for example. All I'd ask for if I had creative control is a better showing for the Romulans. They have pretty new ships but they don't survive long.
