Palm Pre how to change launcher and quicklaunch icons

My simple guide on how to move applications to and from the quicklaunch bar on the Palm Pre. I have also shown how to move applications from screen to screen to better organize your launcher pages. There are several cuts where I launched my contact list and didn't feel comfortable leaving them on the video. The video quality is poor but not bad using an old Xbox camera. None of my voice came through sorry..


If anyone has questions on how to do anything with this phone, please let me know, I will try to figure it out and show you. I will not hack or root this device as I am afraid of Linux.

Thanks for all the comments. unfortunately, brutus was taken by the cancer. I no longer use webos because sprint decided to axe all palm stuff. I can't wait to get the touchpad but it will have to wait.

do you how to remove an icon from the launcher??

All you need to do is touch and wait for the halo. Once the halo appears, drag the icon off the bar. You can't move the launcher arrow.

Hey bro just wanna ask how do you make the quick launch bar still? mine i have to slide it up to choose items but yours stays on top of the screen. can you help me out?
