Left 4 Dead 2 - How to enable thirdperson view (no cheat!)

This video shows you how to enable a thirdperson view in L4D2 with out needing the cheats to be enabled.
I have a german uncut version of the game, but that should be no problem. If some of my description is wrong, plz post a comment.

In Singleplayer funktioniert das mit thirdpersonshoulder.. Aber im Online Versus funktioniert es nur manchmal als Überlebender aber als Infizierter nicht... Was mach ich falsch?

If you are gonna bind it to the middle mouse you need to type: bind "MOUSE3" "thirdpersonshoulder"
