1 med eggplant
2-4 garlic cloves
garlic powder, salt and peper to taste
2 cups of flour
cooking spray
2-4 eggs
1 to 1/2 teaspoon of Rittocotta cheese per eggplant
1/8 cup of mozarella cheese per eggplant

Sauce ( American Spaghetti)
1 med onion
2-4 gloves of garlic
2 cans of 15 oz of diced tomatoe
1 teaspoon of dried Oregano
1 small pintch of basil
1/4 cup of fresh basil ( on the video the text said bayleaf this is incorrect)
Salt and Peper to taste
