Sanders & Saunders Family Reunion Street Parade

Recognized as one of the largest African American family reunions held in Onlsow County, North Carolina. Family members come together in Richlands, Onslow County, North Carolina. The family has held a tradition street parade to celebrate the family reunion and to honor their ancestors. During each reunion each generation of family members are recognized. A King and Queen are crowned from the Elders in attendence, honored and celebrated for their achievements.

Great to see your video...I am however sorry to say that the three(3) lasrgest black families in North Carolina are as folows> CHavis, Bass & Pettiford. I am a white genealogist & have researched many black families. By far the largest family in North Carolia is the Pettiford family averaging around 1200 FAMILY members per year at their reunion. Not guests but actual family members.
