How do you get the banner part on top and have the whole page go with the bg>>>

not bad, im not a graphics artist but my opinion is to keep the sides clean and put 3D text on the top instead.

@TheThunder190 Photoshop for most of it but the 3D text is made in Cinema 4D if I am right those are the ones I use :)
