  • Daniea3 thanks so much for visiting. In regard to not a lot of detailed advice, words can help, but you have to practice the stretching and start where you are. It comes from practice. You can check out eka pada rajakapotanasana - the one leg king pigeon pose to open the hip - see other video clips.

  • Not a whole lot of detailed advice for non-advanced folks, but I just have to say Wow!! You do these with such ease, it's so lovely to watch you.

  • Could you do a video with both feet behind your head at the same time. kind of like a pretezel or human knot This seems like a very difficult postion but for you it seems to come naturally easy.
