so, you dont enter contract with the courts? refusing to speak to them when requested or just throwing out warrants or bills is it?
i wanna believe this, but it seems kinda risky o_O

That is an offer of a warrant. If they had a warrant they would arrest. I wonder if they are trying to get you in default using a recorded message.

There is a LOT to learn about this stuff but it's not rocket science by any means.

You say something like,"I am the authorized representative for (THE NAME)",-or-"I am the paramount security interest holder for all property both registered and unregistered belonging to (THE NAME) -or-"I am the secured party creditor for the surety over (THE NAME),or the defendant etc,"Appearing Specially but Not generally for the purpose of assisting the Court with this matter"..You don't need to move. You need to learn the rules of the game if you ever want to win at it.

If you really hate teh government that much then MOVE. Yes there is a way to avoid the system that you so detest MOVE!!!

Great video. Im currently learning about these rights. I was recently arrested for "discharging a firearm while intoxicated" and "disordlery conduct/ disorderly house. I had been drinking on that Sat. night, but no one witnessed me discharging a gun,(I live in a rural area and some socialites reported to the s.o) and the house wasnt in disorder, the deputy was about to leave and stated to me to "do not make me come back here tonight" I told him that I didnt make him come here in the first place

I'm glad to be Canadian, only 2 thirds of the corruption ;)
@xSavant what happens when i am being detained by big brother,
and i tell them that i do not "understand" my rights?
also wheni am seeing a judge, and he expresses my name,
and asks me if that is my "real" name?
is that also legal language that is taken litteral?

You can say: "I'm here for that matter. There's a mistake. As a friend of the court, I'd like to HELP resolve this matter honorably. "
Repeat as necessary. THAT'S IT.
Remember, it isn't what they say. It's what they do.
They're just trying 2 find out if u know who u are & the moment u start 'claiming' ownership over ANYthing (even a name), you're in dishonor because everything is here 4 us 2 use, so when we start using entitlements & claiming 2 own crap, we're screwed.

Also... You can answer the Judge's question "Is that your real name?" like so:
"How am I liable for that name when I don't claim to own anything?"
OR
"How am I liable for a name I don't claim ownership of, nor did I create?
OR
"You can call me 'friend."
OR...
"In the MATTER of that name, which I am here for, you can just call me free-to-go" (my joke, although u could try it, lol)

Worked out well actually. They decided to save face and just dismiss both cases all together, and are sending my bail money back.
