  • Is the sour cream also included in the 6 point of the system? Also, is olive oil the healthiest oil to use for this? It looks great though.

  • @PrettyInPinkBoutique Yes the sour cream is included, as long as you follow the serving size. Also, olive oil is a healthy choice, as long as it is used in moderation. You should get 2 tsp a day of health oils, this includes olive oil, sunflower, canola, flaxseed

  • this is going to sound kinda sill i guess....but do seasonings such as taco seasonings count as points also?

  • wait so do you make the food and not pay for it ??

  • looks good

  • no cheese or guac?

  • i think im going to make this thursday thanks ;0)

  • so you can eat what ever you want? how much do you eat?

  • Also really good is to swap out the ground beef for a meatless ground burger (like Boca). For 4 ounces: Ground beef is 4 points (barely under 5) while the meatless burger is only 2 points (and has 6 grams of fiber). Of course, if cost is a concern, the meatless burger is more expensive....

  • wander what you do with the leftover beans in the can? Looks like a yummy lf recipe thanks
