追記しています。攻略法云々でなく、ファミコン版のアフターバーナーはこんなだよ、と見せるのが目的の動画です。高画質も試してみましたが、劇的な改善は見られませんでし­た。動画は全部で3つです。

That non-smooth tilting gives me a headache. Also, how is it that Sega let Sunsoft port this to the NES?

Non-Japanese Master System version = lacking in the visual and sound department.

Japanese Mark III/Master System version = bad visuals, but great FM sound.

Famicom version = decent visuals and sound.

@fazares Yeah, I've played them both and the one on the NES is better. Mostly because the gameplay is more like the arcade. Sega's SMS looks better but is gimped.

@fazares I agree, the gameplay is much faster in this version (closer to the arcade), and the audio is world class by Sunsoft as usual.

Sad thing is this is the NES version made by Sunsoft elsewhere and Tengen in the americans and it's running off weaker hardware then the SMS and it blew the pants off that version. NES <3.

Likely because Sega had a feeling that the ports for those systems would suck compared to the Genesis ports. Imagine the disappointment one must suffer on Christmas day when a child got this game on the NES, since his folks couldn't afford a Genesis, and then playing this and realizing it sucks donkey chode. That's the stuff serial killers are made of.
