  • awesome form going over, but your block start was rly bad. line with shoulders over the line in a relaxed form.on set your but went rly high. this making u stand straight up on the go, all u need to do is have your but lined horizontal to your head. then on go throw your arm forward, HARD!! and stay low the first couple of steps. this could add maybe a half a second to your time
