hey i tried this the other day think iv got it, its tricky, have u got any tips, does the pole have to be on the bacck of ur knee on tht straight leg?

@mslindsay86 yes the pole should to be on the back of you straight leg ! a tip would be as soon as you extend your staight leg to the pole push your hips foreward. This sounds confusing i know ... its a tricky spin when first learning it ! I can make a tutorial if you would like me to ....
