Well put togethet video, love the song. Mt Blanc turned into a bogey mountain for me and my pals. Gouter hut, I still have nightmares! Well done tho, you done it!

Hey thanks for the reply, yeah I've heard about conditions in the Gouter Hut...!! Its just dropping on for good weather I guess & what (if any) contingencies you build in if your summit morning has bad weather & whether you stay an extra night instead of going back down to Chamonix? What software do you use for your video/movie?

Great vid & song guys - good effort... hope to do Mont Blanc in July 2009 via Gouter Route. How many nights did you spend in the Gouter Hut?

Thanks for the note and glad you liked the video. We left St Gervais in the morning and stayed one night in the Gouter Hut. Hiked to the summit the next morning and back to St Gervais in the afternoon. As for the Gouter Hut, you will want to spend the least amount of time there as possible. The hut was built for 120 and I believe there were approx 250 there for the night. Take ear plugs and a strong soporific.
