In the far North East corner of the Tutuila Island (American Samoa) is the small village of Tula which was decimated by the tsunami wave. Without any emergency system in place, the waves were lapping at their feet as they scrambled up the mountain side. The waves came in several hundred feet from the shoreline and did extensive damage to many homes. Fortunately, although there were several major injuries there were no deaths reported. This woman is being interviewed in front of what's left of her home.
