Today we are making cucumber lemon infused water. There are many benefits for drinking cucumber lemon infused water since it is loaded with vitamins and nutrients! Cucumbers flush out toxins that help promote liver and kidney health, while lemons stimulate and regulate the digestive track. Combined, they reduce inflammation and promote skin health. This is a tasty and easy drink to make!

7. Container, cup, jar or jug
1. Slice up your lemons and cucumbers
2. Insert them into drinking cup or container.
3. Add ice, water and let chill for 1 hour.
You can refill your container about 3-4 times and continue to get the same benefits from the drink.
