Just put the lever on the block over the block the piston pushes out and a redstoe torch on the other side

Another cool way to make an incinerator is to make like a little waterfall that goes all the way down to the void... Then you can just throw the trash in the water and it would fall right down! It doesn't really "incinerate" them but it does get rid of em...
