Cleaning Laser Lens of a Pioneer CDJ-100s

This is a try to solve the problem of E-8302 on a Pioneer CDJ-100s. As far as i understood this error appears when the player can't read the disc. The ejecting i guess is a even worther case, where it even doesn't recognize there is a disc inserted, even if there is one inserted. These are all speculations. If somebody knows better please let me know. After cleaning the lens with the cleaning disc, that problems seam to be away. I'll watch the further behavior of this player and will update again if it didn't fix it.

is that wet or dry cleaning disc? i have a same problem 2... pls answer...

@2payke actually it's a dry disc with a brush at the bottom (where the data should be/is) the only thing is it somehow didn't solve the problem. but as it just happens when you start up the device, until it's kinda warmed up, i can still live with it somehow.

i get same prob... cd skips awful until the player gets warmed up.. after half hr its fine... but i would like it to work better... (its about 8yrs old)

@isklein I have the same problem man. It kind of needs to get warmed up for a while, or so it seems. Possible because the device is over 10 years old now...

i have problem with my cdj100s,recently after awhile i didnt play it,i somehow does not play any song from my disc.it rejected all cd that ive inserted.any suggestion?

well yeah, i can see that, but it's a good feeling when you think it's helpfull :D

i had buy a few cleaning discs, actually it did not work, but when i play it few times, it looks like it makes his working temp and it works without problems after that, so i find out, that, if you put any cd with a printable back side, it works great...

that has really sold mu problem, you should try it 2...

by the way, thank you for sharing you problem, it helped me some way..
