@boazrg The 10000 series express car of Major railway,( the red striped colored train ) ware sold to minor railroad. and this movie shows the transportation scene. The tiny black car you said is a caboose in Japanese for staff of transportation.

Because,This train was out of service.

Strictly speaking,This train belonged to "Odakyu Electric Railway" near Tokyo

was sold to "Nagano Electric Railway" with some remodeling by "Nippon Sharyo,LTD" Toyokawa factory near Nagoya.

this movie shows the train's run from Toyokawa to Nagano.
