No. Pus is normal to get when getting a piercing. Because pus means that your body is fighting an infection.

@PrettyInPink513 in my opinion, as of today, if I were you I would stay at 16. you can go to 18g if you don't plan to change it. It's hard to find 18g monroes or labrets in most places. Maybe in a year or so, 18g will be more popular.

Your vid' was really helpful. I got my Monroe done yesterday & my piercer told me to clean it w. Dial soap. But I only found the bar soap not the liquid. Is there a difference? Also why does my piercing feel crooked? Is it because of the the swelling? & why does it feel numb? Is this normal? I'll appreciate your help. Thanks.

@icardenas2014 I wouldnt use dial soap. you should use salt water. and yes it feels all weird until the swelling goes away
