Washington, DC U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), and Chuck Grassley, (R-Iowa) co-chairs of the Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control, held a hearing on methamphetamine and Oregons experience making pseudoephedrine prescription only. Pseudoephedrine, a chemical used to make methamphetamine, is commonly found in decongestants and cold medicines.
