This is definitely Jimi. The bends in the solo give it away if the rhythm playing doesn't.

Looked at this video file as a waveform in wavepad software.. the waveform is completely lacking atypical 1960's anomolies/signatures. Soooory nice try but you are a F'ING FAKER!!!! This is disrespectful to Jimi. NEVER DISRESPECT JIMI HENDRIX!

Not a Hendrix performance but an excellent fake! The solo gave it away, Jimi would have killed it, and really blasted it over the top if he was singing Hey Joe that passionately. He eventually came to despise this song, calling it "rubbish" shortly after The Experience broke through big in England.
