Well Viacom deserves every Fuck You ...and then some. It isn't that they are for the enforcement of copyright laws, which they really aren't. It's that they're for the SELECTIVE enforcement on the most popular video hosting site on the net, which is really done to become an even richer corporation AND have market info at the cost of individual viewers. Support one law and break another. Because of THAT, FUCK YOU VIACOM!

Could go that way, but I'm thinking that YouTube may try to charge for creating and existing accounts, where you will have to give a credit card, so there will be no more anonymity on here, thus, everyone can be traced and prosecuted.
