GOP presidential candidate, Herman Cain, refused to reveal the economic advisors behind his wildly popular 999 plan. During an interview with Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, Cain said that the authors of his radical plan, which creates three categories of 9% tax rates, would stay anonymous until the time was right.
