  • i look 2 video of him and i like everything what he talking about... god bless you!

  • Hi Robert, you are so right... but when it involves our child's future, we do have to be concerned, right? Or else we wont be able to advise them or guide them. Although I can see that whatever my daughter is doing right now, may not be good for her future, how can I guide her without being concerned. If I let go, I become disconnected.... I am really afraid that she may be making wrong choices that will lead to a bad future. Please can you help me.

    Thanks.

    Bless you always.

You could be enjoying yourself, doing something fun, being grateful or even just bored. Still better than worried :P

You need to treat those "old ones" - your own mind is asking you nicely by bringing them back to your attention constantly. Will you hear the message? The opposite of worry is trust. It is being carefree.

  • @EmoAssociation Maybe instead of worrying about what might go wrong, anticipate what good 'stuff' could happen

  • this is so beautiful. and helpful thank you so much

  • amazing how much you travel

  • worries are my only motivation...

  • Peace...Suzan

  • Thank you so much, Rob! Tapping has alliviated much stress and worry for me. I thank you for the gifts you have given. May your spirit be richly blessed in your travels and helping others. It is truly a skill we have become good at, this worry...and procrastination...and all those things that do not benefit a peaceful state of being and true acceptance of self and others. Love the Divine...Gratitude, Suzan. BTW...I no longer watch TV either. I want the light within to be effected by nonsense.

  • Thanks Robert, so not worrying is a skill, when imagination scenario is not bad and not focus, and thoughts are doing good and you are aware of yourself without torments yourself. when focusing you fix something. have a good entertainment. know whatever happen will happen, trust the process
