We used to get FIBROs peeling tangerines over their keyboards then whinging that their computers didn't work. Another FIBRO whinge was that they had entered a positional step of .0001 degrees and the dish hadn't moved! As the beamwidth was considerably wider than that by maybe two orders of magnitude WTF. In actual fact the control panel had been drilled for a .00001 degree knob as well! To disguise the hole a non-turning dummy knob was fitted and we used to get fault chits for it! I=ignorant
