I dont get it.... Did VP Dick Cheney have anything to do with the Hurricane Katrina hitting the gulf coast?

To this day, FEMA does what it normally does after a disaster. It waits to see what the local government agencies ask for and then rights checks. Katrina was different in that the local agencies didnt know what to do and didnt ask the federal government for help.

If the feds had taken over the situation without prior approval by the state governors the fed would have broken the law.

@saintrebel1969 Dr Marble is a hard working emergency room doctor who prior to this video had spent days helping the people of New Orleans, getting his hands dirty in the mayhem with very little help - and help that came too late.. Exhausted - he comes home to his beautiful, but now destroyed home to see a bloated war profiteer using his home as a photo-op, how would you feel? what would you do? He is lucky he only verbalized his anger. btw - we all know what you mean by 'socialist'.
