this is a good interview. as a matter of fact i'd wager that many emotional and behavioral disorders (bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD) are a result of the forced exposure of sensitive people to psychopathic (and sociopathic) individuals and institutions.

@lemsip As a former school teacher, I concur! During the school year, they are so....not fun to be around. During the summer months, I suddenly like kids again, because the kids all calm down. In a classroom, they are sooooooo.......trying to give me a nervous breakdown.

I endured a psycho math teacher who used to yell at students even when they were absent! I ALSO had an amazing first-grade teacher who was probably some sort of alien saint... It seems that there are more nuts teaching lately... Why expose your kids to insanity on such a huge scale? Teach 'em at home and avoid the nutjobs...

Thomas does a great service to humanity.

My kids even lose interest in natural and healthy foods during the school term. I just watched Thomas Sheridan's remarkable film Breaking the Babylon Mind and it really hits home how uneducated the elites have made us. When my kids are older I am going to sit them down and have them watch it - be their real education.
Sheridan really something else. He has kicked open a Pandora's Box with his book, and I get the feeling he is only getting warmed up!

A lot of over complicated thinkers here, I reckon.....
Life is full over struggles, without them we would never see the light or thrive. I feel sorrow towards any person who may have been hit hard by unfeeling individuals, but I don't feel sorry for people wallowing within their past. Life is tough, people are human, the future has always been a difficult road full of difficult personalities. Labels don't help, they hinder

@immayhem Good point! I was exposed to a psychopath for most of my childhood, then dated at least 2 sociopaths. I ended up with severe PTSD which is now starting to look a bit like it may even have grown into Borderline Personality Disorder. I also score extremely high for Asperger's Syndrome. Where to begin? I think you are really getting to a good point here with your assertion.
I've found that many children straight after school are like little demons and also in the first two weeks of the school holidays. But half way during the summer holidays something changes with them. They seem to calm down and become more pleasant just at the time boredom is supposed to be settling in. The indoctrination of the schools they attend is wearing off and they seem more at peace with themselves. This is why the Government wants to cut the school summer holidays to two weeks.

@lemsip I saw the same thing and with the children out of school it's different...taking them out of school was one of the best thing I've ever done.

@LiftingVeils I've noticed the press and the television mentions bored children causing mischief in the holidays after the first two weeks have passed yet most of the mischief is caused in the school term as that pent up energy has to go somewhere. Halfway during the school holidays they calm down and get into a slower paced rhythm. It's how I feel when I go to the countryside. I'm excited for the first 24 hours and then calm down.
