  • Well done Sir, and thanks for the info. Also I deffinately agree with you about Cue control and kick control being the best way to spend practice time. But sometimes your opponant just leaves you with that CRAP shot that requires Masse because a bank shot just wont due.

  • @hasukumori Yeah this shot is not the first choice.

  • best curve shot tutorial ive seen on youtube THNX

  • Thank you for the compliment. Tell your friends about the videos.

  • Are you double jointed Forcefellow?

  • A basic point that may not seem obvious is that you must first aim

to the left or right to clear the obstructing ball before the curve action takes.

When the obstructing ball is right in front of the cue ball, you may have

to aim 90 degrees and jack the stick almost straight up.

  • Nicely explained but I still can't do it, man I suck at Masse shots.

  • I know the theory, but in practise, masse shots don't work out well for me.

Which type of cue do you use?

Can I use a regular playing cue? Or should I opt for the break-jump cue?

Even worse, do I need to buy a third cue?

  • thanx for the info this is by far the best breakdown of masse shots i have seen the overhead camera angles definitley help to understand the precision that is necessary.

  • i can curve it just not that good :(

  • how can you hit at the very side each time i try it misses the ball :(

  • wow.. it was this simple?

  • CURVATURE OF A NIPPLE!

  • Thanks for the tips! I will give this a try later tonight and see if I can do it.
