SNES Super Smash TV

As to near to arcade perfect conversion for the Super Nintendo you could get of Williams spiritual sequel of Robotron: Smash TV. Not only incredibly fun in two players, it is really almost mandatory, because it's so hard alone. SNES joypads buton layout made this the perfect conversion. This is level 1, and prepare for a long battle with the hardest level 1 boss ever made: Mutoid Man!

cool tks, my cousin's snes was a different style. How come the snes looks different in europe then it does here in Canada or the US and the games in europe for the snes are curved abit while ours are straight.

Thats because we had a different TV system, PAL, which had bigger resolution but only run at 50hz. So our games had black borders on top and bottom and ran slower then yours (unless properly converted, like DKC). Our SNES desing mimics the japanese one, down to the button coloring. I have no clue why yours is like it is, I find it a bit ugly and bland, but that's probably because I grew up with mine. =) Got to wikipedia to learn all about the SNES.

I believe this game was partly inspired by the 1987 film "The Running Man" to some degree.
